The only things you should prepare beforehand are questions you want to ask the interviewer. You should have researched your interviewer to see what their background is, but do not make it obvious that you are using their background in your questions. It is better to find areas of commonality and focus on them during the interview.
Your questions should all be things that are not easily found on the Internet. Opinion and experience questions are a good way to avoid the “Google-able” questions.
