There is little advice for art that is different from the previous two “specialties,” but it is important to adapt to your own strengths. For example, if you are a capable painter or illustrator you should compile a portfolio, which you can send to the art departments. It is always great to hold an art show to benefit a cause that means something to you, and if you have a large enough portfolio holding an exhibit, shows your professionalism and skill in the art world.
